So i got an email today advertising the Arrow Leadership Course - It said you needed to be 25 so i thought i wouldn’t be able to join - however after some emailing it turns out i will be 25 when it all kicks off in March 2010!

I’m quite excited as i’ve heard so much about it from so many people in church leadership roles - anyone got any opinions on it?! My work are going to pay for it too which is excellent.

Also a note in the music world. The new Pearl Jam album ‘Backspacer’ is flipping brilliant - back to their roots and a masterpiece when compared to their last ‘self titled’ pile of rubbish - a must for hardcore PJ fans!
